Upon final confirmation of your event we will confirm drop off time and pick up time. Drivers are scheduled to arrive no later than one hour before your event start time. We strive to have equipment rentals set up 30 minutes before the start of an event. It’s extremely important that the contact person responsible for the event to be on time to meet the driver for safety and set up instructions. Our drivers will set everything up so you do not have to.

Delivery Zone Information

Our delivery area covers the whole Front Range, from Cheyenne Wyoming to Colorado Springs. Deliveries between Longmont and Highlands Ranch. Deliveries outside the Denver area (Evergreen, Castle Rock, Fort Collins, Byers, etc.) there’s a calculated delivery fee. Deliveries outside of this area are calculated using mileage. The rental period for these areas are limited to a 4 hour period. Please fill out the online inquiry form above and let us know your delivery location for an exact rate.

We do have a minimum of $250 for our deliveries, BUT we always accept orders for pick up and we are conveniently located in Broomfield, CO. If your order does meet the minimum for delivery, the rental is for 4-6 hours dependent on your location. If you do pick up from our location in Broomfield, the rental is for 24 hours.

For any orders under $250, there is a delivery fee regardless of area (restrictions may apply, please inquire for delivery rate)

FREE DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS: If your order contains any of the following items, there will be a delivery fee charged to your order regardless of location and order size:

One or more TENT(s) 20×20 or larger

One or more CASINO TABLE(s)

Any size of LED or OAK DANCE FLOOR

We do service a variety of cities across the Front Range and Denver Metro Area, so please keep in mind there may be a delivery fee to some areas. We Deliver Inflatable Bouncers, other Party Supplies Rentals, and provide Entertainers To The Following Cities:

Cancellation Policy:

When you reserve items for your event, it takes it out of our inventory for others to rent. We also pre-stage your items, schedule routing of our drivers for your day, and have a number of pre-event activities to complete when your reservation is made. As such, if you cancel for any reason, we will refund everything but your deposit (25% of the total rental cost). We understand we’re in Colorado and working with businesses and families.  Mother nature and life happens, we know.  All that we ask is that you let us know ASAP if something changes.

Cancellation will NOT be allowed once the equipment is delivered and/or setup.

Safety Cancellation – If the driver determines that there are unsafe conditions at the time of delivery, and they are unable to set up because of those conditions, we will refund everything but your deposit (25% of the total rental cost). Those conditions are generally unforeseeable prior to the delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any delivery if the weather is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit or we feel that the weather is not acceptable for the equipment to be used (excessive winds). Safety is our top priority and we are required to make decisions with safety as the first consideration for any event.
